Not long now till Glara’s cocktail party. 2 days in fact. It’ll be great. Mayor McCheese and the First Lady are quite reknowned for their ability to throw a good cocktail party, and I’m sure this one’ll be no different. Blacky has already confirmed that he will be on his A-Game, so at least we won’t have to worry about that.

In other news, my car is fixed. Or so they said when they rang this morning. I’m very excited about that, to be sure, as it means that tonight I’ll be meeting with Rob W for a commercial visit, and then visiting his lovely home where he will even make dinner. I assume his wife will be there somewhere, too. :thefinger:

So, what else is news? I’m currently in producer-mode at work, which is pretty fun: I’m producing a new demo video (which is more painful to make than pulling teeth) and a new advertising cartoon, which is more fun because I haven’t done it a zillion times before. Also, I’m planning our server upgrade, which is long overdue, and working on several new websites. Godfrey has asked me to put a proposal down on one of his sites, and I just haven’t had time yet to do that. Sorry, Godez, if you’re reading.

I set myself the goal of sleeping through the night last night, the last few days have been split up by late-night phone calls to idiots who won’t buy our products, but still expect the courtesy of a telephone call. WHATEVER! I’m in danger of having to spend another day in training on the 7th December, which revolts me a little. Christmas holidays will be a welcome break.
