Finally a chance to rest. This morning we checked into the Radisson at LAX Airport, after a late night and and early flight. Caught a few hours shut-eye before going out for lunch with an old family friend who now lives here in LA.

Last night, I ended up going with Dennis Miller. It was great. I don’t recall laughing so hard for so long in a very long time. What else did we do? Oh, we went to the Star Trek Experience at the Hilton - I went on the ride, dad decided to skip it. We both had lunch afterwards at Quarks -

Today’s been a rest day, really, but at least the new hotel has internet access. We also did about 4 loads of washing, so it’s nice to wear clean pajamas again.
