Was good to squeeze in a catchup with Rob&Nadia and Glenn&Lara before I left. They came over for dinner last night - yes Blacky wore pants - and I (for one)had a great time. I made a chicken red curry - with zucchini, snowpeas, chilli, tomatos, pineapple and banana - and it turned out pretty well, served over saffron rice. Drank several bottles of wine over the course of the evening, but judging by how I felt this morning, I’m not convinced that anyone else had any.

No, just kidding. I’m not that bad, but I’ve certainly felt better.

Oh, and icecream with a spoonful of Kahlua over it makes an excellent easy desert.

Tonight’s soccer, with Davo sitting in for his first game with us. Then I’ve got a doctor’s appointment early Friday morning at Stafford, so I might have to stay at M&D’s tonight.
